MRI of the brain shows a well defined, solid, homogeneous T2/FLAIR hyperintense lesion in the right superior cerebellar hemisphere measuring approximately 9 x 8.5 x 8 mm with peripheral edema; there is no diffusion restriction or foci of blooming on SWI. The lesion enhances avidly on contrast administration. There is another, small enhancing focus measuring 2.5x 2.2x 2.5 mm in the right inferior cerebellar hemisphere.
