A 22 year old man came with complaints of seizure episodes since one month.
The left carotid arteriogram shows a 43x28x35mm high-flow arteriovenous malformation in the left temporo-parietal region. It is predominantly supplied by the superior division of the left middle cerebral artery, with a 1.5×6 mm intranidal aneurysm. The venous drainage is via hypertrophied cortical vein into the vein of Trolard and vein of Labbe with additional drainage into other superficial cortical veins.
