Contrast enhanced CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis shows a large, well- defined . heterogeneously enhancing exophytic lesion with few cystic areas and internal vascularity arising from the lower pole of left kidney (claw sign), measuring 8.7x7.5 x 10 cm. There are no areas of fat/ calcifications in the lesion. The lesion does not cross the midline. A lesion of a similar morphology measuring about 2 cm. in diameter is seen in the lower pole of the right kidney.
