The CT scan of the chest shows a large lobulated soft tissue density mass with heterogeneous post contrast enhancement arising from the left breast. The mass measures 16×11×17.6 cm and is associated with adjacent fat stranding. The skin and subcutaneous tissue are involved; the fat planes with the pectoralis muscle are maintained.
