A 55 year old man came with headache and syncopal attacks since three months
MRI of the brain shows a large, well-defined,homogenous extra-axial solid lesion in the anterior cranial fossa and olfactory groove with a CSF cleft around it. It is T1 isointense. T2 heterogeneously hyperintense with multiple foci of blooming along its right lateral aspect indicative of peritumoral hemorrhage.
