A two-year-old girl was brought with urinary incontinence since birth.
A two-year-old girl was brought with urinary incontinence since birth.
On MRI of the dorsolumbar spine, there is near complete agenesis of the sacrum and coccyx. There is sacralization of the L5 vertebra. There is abrupt termination of the conus medullaris at the D11 level. There is no cord tethering. There cauda equina nerve roots have abnormal paths (double bundle configuration). The dural sac ends at the L5 level.
