An 11-month-old girl was brought by her parents with a large swelling in the lower back and gluteal region since birth. Alphafeto protein levels were found to be raised.
Frontal and lateral radiographs of the abdomen and pelvis show a large, homogenous, soft-tissue lesion projecting from the lower pelvic region. Contrast enhanced CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis shows a well-defined, heterogeneously enhancing, solid-cystic lesion in the pelvic region. It displaces the urinary bladder upward.
