A 27-year-old woman came with amenorrhea for two months, vomiting and lower abdominal pain since two days. The urinary pregnancy test was positive.
B-mode transvaginal ultrasonography reveals no intrauterine gestational sac. A single gestational sac is seen in the pouch of Douglas towards the right of the uterus. The fetal pole is seen with cardiac activity. The right ovary is separate from the ectopic mass. There is mild hemoperitoneum.
