A 32-year-old woman came with inability to conceive for more than two years
A 32-year-old woman came with inability to conceive for more than two years
Ultrasonography of the pelvis shows the endometrial cavity to have a subseptate configuration with a fibromuscular septal projection extending from the fundus into the endometrial cavity. The external uterine fundal is appears concave without any serosal indentation . No focal lesions are seen in the myometrium. The hysterosalpingogram has a configuration of a 'deep' arcuate uterus. The fallopian tubes are normal. There is normal peritoneal spill on both sides.
