The frontal radiograph of the pelvis with hip joints and femurs shows a shallow right acetabulum. There is displacement of the right femoral head from the inferomedial quadrant to the superolateral quadrant. The right proximal femoral epiphysis is smaller than the left. The right thigh muscles are wasted, the right femur is thinner.
