A 26-year-old man came with recurrent seizures for seven years
Ultrasonography of both the kidney shows well-defined, round echogenicities in the renal parenchyma, indicating angiomyolipomas. MRI examination of the brain shows multiple T2/FLAIR hyperintensities in the cortex of both cerebral hemispheres and in the juxtacortical white matter. There are T2 iso to hypointense nodules in the subependymal location along the walls of both the lateral ventricles.
