A 69 year old man came with breathlessness, increased urination and generalized weakness. He was diagnosed to have multiple myeloma.
The frontal chest radiograph shows a well‑circumscribed soft tissue opacity in the left upper zone which obscures the aortic arch. Contrast enhanced CT of thorax shows well-defined soft tissue lesions on the left side that are pleural/posterior mediastinal based and abut the lung parenchyma and mediastinal surfaces., These show heterogeneous enhancement.
