A 17 year old girl came with mild proptosis of the right eye since one year. There were no visual complaints. The visual acuity and the intraocular pressure were normal.

MRI of the orbits shows a well-defined T2 hyperintense and T1 iso to hyperintense lesion in the superomedial aspect of the right orbit involving the intraconal space. There is minimal post contrast enhancement. The lesion abuts the right medial and superior rectus muscles.
