A 45-year-old man came with a pulsatile swelling in the right supraclavicular region since two weeks, associated with dull aching pain and paresthesia in the right upper limb. There was history of central line insertion in the right subclavian vein during a recent ICU admission.
The frontal chest radiograph shows a well-defined soft tissue opacity in the right paratracheal region with its broad base towards the mediastinum.. CT angiography of the chest shows a well-defined, hyperdense, contrast-filled outpouching arising from the first portion of the right subclavian artery, indicative of a pseudoaneurysm.
