A 29 year old woman came with secondary infertility since two years
Hysterosalpingogram shows a dilated and tortuous left Fallopian tube without free spillage of contrast into the peritoneal cavity. There is normal , free peritoneal spill on the right. The uterus is anteverted and is of normal size and contour.
