A 29-year-old woman came with a well-defined, painless, firm swelling over the dorsal aspect of the right hand since one year
MRI of the brain shows an enlarged oculomotor cistern (CSF space around the oculomotor nerve in the lateral wall of the cavernous sinus). The sella turcica is partially empty. The optic nerve sheath is distended; the optic nerve sheath diameter is more than 6 mm. The posterior globe is flattened; the optic nerve head is protuberant , Both optic nerves are tortuous along their entire length. There is stenosis of the transverse sinuses on both the sides.
