MRI Pelvis shows two separate uterine cavities with a complete midline T2 hypointense fibrous septum extending from the fundus to the cervix and upper one-third of the vagina. There are two distinct endocervical canals separated by a midline septum. The vagina is divided by a non-obstructing longitudinal septum.
