A 35 year old woman came with three to four episodes of involuntary movements of the right hand since one month.
Contrast enhanced CT scan of the brain and neck shows a hypodense lesion measuring 2.1 x 2 x 3.6 cm in the right carotid space with minimal homogeneous enhancement on postcontrast images. The lesion displaces the right internal jugular vein laterally and the right internal carotid artery antero-medically.
