An eight year old boy was brought by his parents with complaints of scrotal swelling. On examination, there were irregular masses in both the testes.
The parents also claimed that the boy had an unusually tall stature, dark, coarse pubic hair and large, pigmented genital organs.
Frontal radiograph of the left wrist shows complete ossification of all the carpal bones and non-fusion of the distal epiphysis of radius and ulna- the bone age is between 12-18 years.
Scrotal ultrasonography shows multiple, heterogeneously hypoechoic, solid areas in both testes around the rete testis with mild internal vascularity.
