The frontal radiograph of the right shoulder shows a one cm. sized, well defined. geographic, lytic lesion in the proximal metaphysis of the right humerus. It has a narrow zone of transition with sclerotic margins. It has a ground glass matrix.

The MRI of the right shoulder shows a PDFS hypointense, T1 hypointense lesion in the humeral head measuring 1.7 x 2.4 x 3.6 cm. There is no abnormal marrow signal.
