Contrast enhanced CT scan of the abdomen shows a well-defined, round, heterogeneously enhancing lesion arising from the lesser curvature of the stomach THe lesion measures about 4.5 cm in diameter indenting the pancreatic body. There are few areas of necrosis within the lesion.
