Contrast enhanced MRI of the brain shows asymmetrical T2/FLAIR hyperintensities in the subcortical white matter of the left parietooccipital region including the subcortical U-fibres . There is no significant atrophy. There is no diffusion restriction or post-contrast enhancement.
