A 51-year-old woman came with the complaint of nose bleed since four days
Contrast enhanced CT scan of the paranasal sinuses shows mucosal thickening and heterogeneously enhancing soft tissue with air foci and multiple ill-defined rounded hypolucencies scattered in the ethmoid, maxillary and sphenoid sinuses, nasal cavity and nasopharynx. There is rarefaction and erosion of inferior, middle turbinates, ethmoid air cells. There are erosions in the nasal septum. There is fat stranding in the left infraorbital and preantral soft tissues without any collection.
