Radiographs show punched out lytic lesions scattered in the skull and the pelvis, There is generalised decrease in the bone density. There are areas of endosteal scalloping in the metaphysis of the femur.
The patient had hypercalcemia, elevated creatinine levels, proteinuria. Serum Protein Electrophoresis (SPEP) showed ‘M’ band.
Serum IgG levels were elevated.
