A 19-year-old girl came with pain in the right upper quadrant of the abdomen since three months.
MRI of the abdomen shows a large, well-defined, T2 hyperintense, Tl hypointense cystic lesion measuring 9x11x13cm in the right lobe of the liver (segment VI and VI). In its dependent portion, it shows a crumpled membrane that is T2 hypointense. It displaces the right anterior and posterior biliary radicles. It does not communicate with any biliary radicle.
