A 55-year-old woman came with headache and giddiness since ten years. There was increase in her symptoms over the last five months
On MRI of the brain, there is a well-defined, extra axial, lobulated T2/FLAIR heterogeneously hyperintense lesion with T1 hyperintense content, located in the clivus. The lesion measures 7.5x6.5x7.4cm, It shows susceptibility on SWI. Mild diffusion restriction and homogenous post contrast enhancement are seen. The lesion involves the sella and the pituitary gland.
