Ultrasonography of the abdomen shows a well defined, anechoic, cystic structure anterior to stomach. in the left hypochondrium. The walls of the lesion show gut signature. Contrast enhanced CT scan of the abdomen shows a 3 x 2 cm. sized well-defined, thick walled, hypodense cystic lesion along the greater curvature of the body of the stomach.
