A 61 year old woman came with blurring of vision in the left eye and headaches since five months. The patient had history of pulmonary tuberculosis eight years ago.
B-mode ultrasonography of the left globe shows a well-defined, dome-shaped, heterogeneously hypoechoic, solid lesion in the choroid. The lesion pushes the retina anteriorly which is seen as a hyperechoic membrane with vascularity. There is no vascularity inside the lesion. The position of the lesion stayed constant during ocular movements.
