A 28 year old woman came with complaints of pain and swelling over the right shoulder since five months. Local examination revealed a global swelling over the anterior aspect of the right shoulder with overlying scar mark of a biopsy.

The frontal radiograph shows an osteolytic, expansile lesion with a narrow zone of transition in the head and proximal shaft of the right humerus. The MR images show a large expansile lesion with mixed hypo and hyper intense signals.
