A 14 year old girl came with complaints of gradually progressive swelling over the left forearm since six years
The radiograph of the forearm shows an large soft tissue opacity over the lateral aspect of the left forearm with few foci of phleboliths. On ultrasonography of the swelling, there is a heterogeneously hypoechoic lesion with multiple cystic spaces. On color Doppler, there is mixed velocity color flow within the anechoic spaces.
