Contrast enhanced CT scan of the brain shows a well-defined, lobulated, heterogeneously enhancing lesion measuring 2 x 2.5 x 2.2 cm in the choroid plexus in the occipital horn of the right lateral ventricle. There is mild perilesional edema.
