A 28 year old man came with sudden onset giddiness and seizures
On the plain CT scan of the brain, intraparenchymal hemorrhage is seen in the left gangliocapsular region with mild surrounding edema . MR angiography shows a small bunch of abnormal vessels in the region of the left thalamus. The feeding arteries are from the branches of the left MCA and the left PCA. The veins drain towards the inferior sagittal sinus, the straight sinus and the vein of Galen.
