A 20 year old woman came complaints of abdominal pain and vomiting since two days. She is a known to have a psychiatric illness and is on anticholinergic medications.
The upright abdominal radiograph shows free air under the left dome of diaphragm. A 4 cm diameter mottled soft tissue shadow is seen along the greater curvature of the gastric antrum. The nasogastric tube follows an unusually vertical ourse beyond the confines of the stomach. Pre and post contrast CT images show central hypodense mottled lesion in the body of the stomach with no post contrast enhancement.
