The axial section of the non-contrast CT scn of the brain shows a hyperdense right middle cerebral artery in its M1 segment. THe CT brain angiogram shows abrupt cut-off of the M1 segment of the right middle cerebral artery . There is no opacification of the distal middle cerebral artery branches.
