Plain and contrast enhanced CT scan of the abdomen show a well defined mesenteric mass- like lesion with “misty” attenuation and a hyperattenuating pseudocapsule. The traversing mesenteric vessels and soft tissue nodules in the lesion, show a hypoattenuating “fatty halo”.
