A 74 year old man came with complaints of chest pain radiating to the back, generalised weakness and breathlessness since two months
The chest radiograph shows a well defined, homogeneous soft tissue opacity with no calcification or lucencies in the left upper and middle zones with well demarcated borders separate from the descending aorta.. The CT scan of the thorax show a soft tissue density in the prevascular region in close relation with the arch of aorta arising from it with few foci of peripheral calcification. Most parts of this lesion fill up with contrast.
