A 30 year old man came with complaints of yellowish discoloration of skin and sclera with loss of appetite and weight since two months.
The contrast enhanced CT scan of the abdomen shows a well-defined,9x7x8 cm, arterially enhancing, lesion with a central area of calcification with neovascularization in segments VI and VII of the liver. The liver shows surface irregularity with opening up of fissures.
