A 16 year old girl came with complaints of gait abnormality since childhood
MRI of the brain shows dilatation of both lateral, the third and the fourth ventricles with an Evan’s index of 0.43. There is no periventricular ooze. There is a thin walled cystic area with CSF intensity on all sequences, located in the left cerebellar region, communicating with the fourth ventricle. It is scallops the left cerebellar hemisphere and displaces it posteriorly.
