Since one month, this 26 year-old-man has had a localized, painless swelling over the right pectoral region with occasional pain on movement. There was no history of trauma or fever.
Ultrasonography shows a well-defined anechoic lesion 1.9 x 0.6 x 0.7 cm in the intramuscular plane of the right pectoralis major muscle. The lesion shows an eccentric hyperechoic focus with surrounding hypoechogenicity. There is no vascularity in the lesion..
