A 21-year-old man came with pain on movement of the knee joints and multiple bony swellings around both the knees for the past three years.

Radiographs of both the knees show multiple bony outgrowths arising from metaphyseal region of the distal femur and proximal tibia. The lesions show continuity of the cortex and medullary cavity with the parent bone. The lesions are predominantly pedunculated and project away from the knee joints
