Ultrasonography of the right inguinoscrotal region shows dilated lymphatic channels along the right epididymis and spermatic cord. There are curvilinear echogenic structures within some of these spaces. These structures showed twirling motion- the Filarial dance sign. No colour flow is seen within the spaces even on Valsalva maneuver.
