Contrast enhanced CT scan of the thorax and abdomen shows a well-defined, solid, homogeneously enhancing lesion measuring 6.6 x 6.3 × 4.8 cm in the prevascular space. It abuts the left anterior costal pleural and the anterior chest wall muscles. The lesion does not invade vascular or bony structures. There are multiple well-defined, hypodense, lesions with enhancing internal septations and lobulated margins scattered throughout the liver. The largest of these, in segment VI, measures 5 x 3.3 x 5.8 cm
