An eight year old boy was brought with complaints of fever and breathlessness since two months. He is known to have Gaucher's disease.
The frontal chest radiograph shows diffuse reticulonodular opacities with an overall Increase in lung density, producing a coarse interstitial pattern. These changes are more evident in the mid and lower zones. The HRCT scan shows diffuse marked thickening of the interlobular and intralobular septa with ground-glass opacities, giving a crazy-paving pattern.
