A 32 year old woman presented with complaints of two reddish swellings on the dorsum of left side of tongue and intermittent bleeding from them.She has been symptomatic since childhood; her symptoms have aggravated since the past six months.

There are two areas of abnormal vascular blush on the left side of the tongue supplied by the deep lingual branches of the left lingual artery
