A 21-year-old man came with complaints of giddiness and dizziness since three days
Contrast enhanced CT scan of the brain shows a well defined iso to hyperdense, avidly enhancing lesion in the pineal gland measuring 18×14.4×18.2 mm. There is another ill defined, heterogeneously enhancing lesion with few hypodense areas involving the left thalamocapsular region extending into the left cerebellar peduncle and the left hemipons. It measures approximately 3.6×3.1×5.3cm. There is mild enhancing thickening of the infundibulum and stalk of the pituitary gland.
