A seven-month-old boy was brought with painless left scrotal swelling which was gradually progressive since three months.
A seven-month-old boy was brought with painless left scrotal swelling which was gradually progressive since three months.
On ultrasonography, the left testis is hyperechoic, heterogeneous, bulky and lobulated with few tiny cystic spaces and increased vascularity on colour Doppler examination. The right testis is normal.

Tumour markers : raised AFP levels (39k) . Beta HCG within normal limits.
