A 36-year-old man came with severe headache followed by vomiting and altered consciousness since one day
Non-contrast CT scan of the brain shows intraventricular hemorrhage in both lateral ventricles, the third and fourth ventricles. There is mild hydrocephalus. CT angiography of the brain shows a tangled mass of vessels in the choroid plexus of the posterior horn of the right lateral ventricle. It measures approximately 16x12x11mm . The arterial feeders arise from the PCA with venous drainage into the right superior petrosal sinus. This vein is dilated and shows early enhancement in the arterial phase.
