An 11-year-old boy was brought with complaints of dizziness and imbalance while walking for five months.
MRI of the brain shows a well defined, T2/FLAIR heterogeneously hyperintense, solid cystic lesion with multiple septations in the left cerebellar hemisphere. On post contrast study. the lesion shows a thin rim of enhancement. The solid component shows heterogeneous enhancement. There is no restriction of diffusion on DWI.
