A 28 year old man came with right sided weakness since one day. He had no respiratory complaints.
The chest radiograph shows branching soft tissue opacities with widespread areas of calcification in the upper zone and mid zones bilaterally.A few mainstem bronchi are dilated with soft tissue and calcific shadows.
HRCT scan of the chest shows a well-defined, iso to hyperdense soft tissue in the left upper lobe. There is an air-filled cavity with partly calcified walls adjacent to it. The segmental and subsegmental bronchioles of the left upper lobe show smooth dilatation with ‘finger-like’ extensions of the soft tissue into their lumen.
