A 17 year old girl, known to have non-hodgkin’s lymphoma, was brought with flank pain since one week. The serum creatinine value was raised raised.
Non-contrast enhanced CT scan of the abdomen shows both the kidneys to be bulky. The normal renal architecture is distorted by ill-defined, lobulated, hypo- to isodense masses. There are intervening hypoattenuating spaces- likely distorted pelvicalyceal system.
